    I had a Bed Rug in my older truck and loved it. I used it for family travel mostly with a covered bed and was great for hauling bags, toys, sports gear, etc. I use my Tundra differently now more to haul stuff (rock, wood, junk, etc) and keep the bed open so the Bed Rug didn’t work for that (it’s too nice to load dirt and rocks in it!)

    I’m glad I ordered two sets from you instead of three individual my undercover swing box broke and I’m able to use the tie down that box took up now. Had the tie downs installed for a while now very useful.

    I had a hard time believing that white wasn't an option, then I researched the topic and found out white particulates are larger than any other colour and cannot fit into the pores of the aluminum during anodizing.
    Guess I've learned something today.

    An option you may consider is to have them powder coated like I did.

    The anodized red I ordered is a fabulous, nice red but just did not match any other red accents on my truck.

    Again, great product @602runner and I anticipate placing another two sets soon!:thumbsup:

    Another customer had the same issue and what worked for him was to first use a small pick to remove as much bedliner as possible from inside the Torx, then tap the T40 bit into the bolt with a hammer to make sure it is secure before turning the bolt with a ratchet.

    Alternatively you could try an impact driver like this:
    TEKTON 3/8" Drive Impact Screwdriver Set (7-Piece) | 2905

    You would also need a 3/8" hex bit adapter to work with that impact driver:

    I like the idea above of locking pliers on the outside of the bolt too.
