    Lots of shenanigans.
How many of y’all did a DIY paint or powder coat job? I know @Zero One Actual did one. How did your DIY paint or PC hold up? How did you do it? How often are you touching it up?
And for folks who didn’t DIY it, what was your PC fee? Local shop just quoted 375$ Which seems pretty high for this front bumper. Wanna make sure I’m not getting ripped off.
I live in the pan handle FL and plan on using this for some camping. It is also my daily driver so it’ll be going through some every day elements and moderate trails. Hopefully I’m the future I’ll go overlanding. What’re y’all’s thoughts?

I’m still debating on mines if I’ll paint it myself or do a PC, time to shop around for PC shops quotes. Hope it’s around 200-250 mark..

I paid $350 for sliders, rear and front bumper. Looks like thier price is on the high side. I provide own powder, though. I'd recommend a super durable satin black from the powder coat store. Mine turned out great and is hard as a rock.

Wow. Sorry about that. They one hundred percent did drill the holes for me. Maybe they are too busy now or something to do that.

That's alright. I'm still on the fence about putting lights on the top of the bumper.

    Yes please
I figure, I have plenty of time to decide if I want to add an other lights. My estimated completion date is until 16 Jan. I am still trying to device on a winch.

My bumper should be here in less than 2 weeks. I have the following waiting for it:
    Warn EVO 12S
    Rigid 30" SAE light bar
    Rigid SAE fogs in amber
Also have a set of Rigid D-SS spots with amber covers on SDHQ ditch brackets.
So, I may be good on lights. Now, I think I'll put one of those sunglass holder Spods in.

I had to cut the bottom outside clips off to get mine on. Not enough clearance to get the grill in place with them sticking out. I will need to pull it again soon to deal with TSS sensor. It "should" come off but will be a pain.

LMK what price ranges you get. I called C4 and they said you can prime it yourself and put bed liner on it but the bed liner may scrap off.

I paid $400 to powdercoat mine. That is a zinc epoxy primer coat and two top coats. I have always had much better luck with PC on bumpers.

Do you happen to know if the LP9 and LP6 mounting holes are the same? I ordered a bumper through the Black Friday deal and asked for LP9 holes but haven’t decided whether I want that big of a light.

I do not know for sure. @Baja Designs do you know? If @Baja Designs does not answer I would call them and ask. I would think the screws would be the same size. Again, I do not know for sure.

Are you running LP9 sports or pros? Trying to see if the pros are worth the extra wing wangs or not

Don't mean to hijack, but @Baja Designs what is the part number for the wiring adapter to plug the "Squadron Sport" lights into the factory fog harness.?

    Lots of shenanigans.
Need some opinions here so, the powder coat company, that I plan on using, will sandblast but recommends only to powder coat. They said that the primer is only used on messed up surfaces to prep for a smooth finish or on parts with constant contact with oil to prevent outgassing. They also said that primers are thick and most are meant to be sanded, so the thicker the coating the less it will hold up to abuse. He will prime it if I want to but doesn't recommend it. What do y'all think?

Honestly, no clue. But I'll ask that when I get the bumper to him! I contacted C4 and they said as long it is sand blasted, I can skip the primer but I'm trying to get other opinions because all of the other shops that I contacted said they would sandblast, prime, and powdercoat.

Here are my pics as promised. The paint is Krylon spray on bed liner with a self etching primer base coat.

Winch is the Warn Evo 12k. Control box did not need to be relocated at all. My factor 55 hook is not attached obviously. The 30 inch amber light bar is diode dynamics. I had to modify the stock bracket to fit but it works well. The fog lights are @Baja Designs Infrared squadron pros. LP-9 Pro’s sitting on the bumper.

If you have a 2018/19/20 the C4 bumper instal video on YouTube will have some very tiny differences like the parking sensors are a tiny bit different to remove and there are some extra clips here or there that need to be removed but it’s all easy if you follow the instal video.

I clocked my winch and reversed the engage lever so it is right in the center of the hole on the right of the winch as you look at it. Way easier than having to reach way up in there to access it if it is submerged or under something.

I have not reattached my parking sensors but that’s a five minute job. I just got excited to take pics.
