New tires installed

I got new tires installed this weekend. I went with 285/75 r18 cooper at3 xl this times. I have bilstein 6112 up front on the 1.9 setting and an aal on the back with stock wheels. I read through many different threads and debated on if I should go up to this size or stay with 275/70r18. I didn't want to lift it anymore or do a cab mount chop. For anyone else with a similar setup who is debating on going up to this size all I had to do was remove the front mud flap and do some minor trimming on the skid plate. I also installed a hypertec speedometer calibrator. I've only put about 100 miles on them but am happy so far.

On a side note, I looked at my brakes while discount tire had the wheels off. This is what my brake pads look like after 98700 miles.

 

Is that the original pad? Front or rear?

 

Original front. I do a lot of highway driving.

 

Wow! You have to be the easiest person on brakes. Ever.

 

Holy smokes 50k is the longest I've ever had a set of brakes last...ever. Looks good on those tires.

looks like after another 200,000 you will be due for some new pads. Thats got to feel good
