Both are similar but just a little different.
Can anyone post up experiences with either?

+1 for CBI. I think the CBI looks more aggressive.

they both look good. I think it's down to the front tubing. C4 is higher seems like but both bumpers look real nice imo. both excellent brands

man those "overland" trucks are always so clean..haha

How do you access the winch clutch on the CBI? I went to the website and checked out the photos and can’t see where you can get to it. The C4 has the nice opening to get your hand in to access it. I’m not saying the CBI doesn’t have that feature, in just saying I can’t see it, leading me to believe you have to have one certain Warn winch that’s run by a remote to engage or disengage the winch.

Full disclaimer. I have the C4 Overland bumper. I have no affiliation with the company other than being a paying customer.

Yeah, I was wondering if the C4 tubing would block the tundra emblem on my old school trd pro grill.
I like being able to see the “TUNDRA”

    Thanks brother!
Yeah, still waiting fir you to mount that C4.

I was curious about that as well and hopefully, can get someone on the phone Friday morning.

I’m thinking a retrofit remote could work also.

Does cbi not offer a rear bumper? Or am I just totally missing it on their site?

I went through the same decision tree a month ago. Started off with the C4, then saw the CBI and was ready to order it, then I saw the Demello Baja and ended up ordering it yesterday.

    I believe you are correct.
They make some cool rear bumpers for other brands.
    Going to inquire when calling.

May go with a Rough Country rear for the value and good reviews.

    That is badass.

The only thing pulling on me is the circle fogs.
I’m digging the squares and have multiple sets of those, currently.

I was sold on the C4 at first but the the longer I look at the CBI the slightly more aggressive look kinda grows on me.

I think the the fogs on the CBI gives the appearance of a wider stance.

Agreed! And that slightly lower hoop makes me happy.
With c4, the tall hoop is too tall and low hoop is too low :boom:

I am running the c4, mainly cause the hoop was higher than the rest which meant it was high enough for the TSS sensor. The tubing on the others looked to low and I didnt feel like dealing with errors all the time.

Haha. I did realize after I posted that you have a 16. I can only speak for the c4, it is built right. I can weld and bend tube and have built lots of tube bumpers for my trail rigs and this c4 plate bumper is beefcake.

I was looking at that, however, the CBI starts at a lower cost, so may only be talking $50 or less according to options.
I can’t pay the prices for the light options from C4.
I’m going a little less expensive on those.

Does cbi make you adjust the power steering cooler? Victory 4x4 does. I didnt have to with the c4 but every truck is different, so some may have to.

Certified too, back in the day.
That C4 is beefy and is the only one of the two I’ve seen in person.
    Definitely quality.
