Very clean look. Debadged I think looks much better than blacking out all the badges and free.

Great pics! You can't fix stupid or stop someone from being selfish no matter how hard you try. My best advice is to never put those boys in the middle, show them how to be a man, and love and support them as best you can. Praying for you and your boys that 2021 is going to be a great year for you guys!

Installed my new console safe from Amazon.

Install was a much bigger pain in the ass than anticipated, because my truck came with a console organizer so there were two riveted rails that needed be removed. Once that was done, super easy. It didn't come with instructions but I found the OEM install instructions and it was the same.

Mounted my axe and shovel below my Hi lift with some Rago Fab brackets
    20201122_111554.jpg
then added some AVS low profile window thingys
    20201122_111606.jpg
then installed the Truxedo Pro X15 tonneau cover, which works with the Trail edition bed storage boxes, since it has no long latches like most tonneau's have.

How does this not stir up some debate? You know that 416hp engine ain't gonna be cheap and the resale of the 278hp model is gonna suck.

Cuz it's probably wrong. An if it's not Toyota may have just ruined the Tundra like they did the Taco. Unless the hybrid system behind it makes a difference.

Nah, its gonna be fine. Everyone thinks new trucks are ugly for the first few weeks, then you get used to it and its fine.
That 416hp turbo-6 is going to be awesome! It will be way more responsive to mods and will make some pretty good power, even without being able to crack the ECU. Will definitely be stronger, faster and more fuel efficient than our 5.7s. Sorry, that's just reality. The lower trim level will sell like hotcakes because lots of fleets and everyday truck buyers will use them for reliability and cost savings (cheaper price tag and less gas). We're all looking at it through the Tundras.com lense, and for most on this forum the 278hp version makes no sense. For everyone else its probably a welcome option.

Check the build link in my signature.
How do you like the Trail storage boxes? Are they more functional or more gimmicky (if that makes sense)? I haven’t seen them in person... I long considered building something like that for my ‘08 but never got around to it.

Haven't used them yet. When I eventually get a GFC, they will come in handy. The left side one can be used as a cooler, which will be "cool" tailgating. They both have molded cup holders built onto the top of them too.

I’ll agree on fuel efficiency and power - but stronger? Is the Ford eco-boost stronger than the 6.2? If so, why doesn’t Ford put the eco-boost in the HD trucks? Why did Ford just spend millions developing the 7.3 gas motor? If they can make a motor half the size that is more powerful and stronger why is anyone still manufacturing V8s? That extra power comes at the expense of strength and longevity IMO.
