Which lift to get

I have a '19 tundra crewmax 4x4. I have about $2500 to 3k to spend on lift. Which one would you get? I still would like to maintain ride quality. Want to put 33s or 35s on it.

I'd say that the Rough Country is garbage, just a bunch of crap spacers to give you lift. What is it you're looking for as far as height? 33"-35" is a pretty big difference, you can fit 33"s with a leveling kit. Also, does that budget include the tires?

I'd suggest something like this for a decent price or you can upgrade to coilovers in the front for more adjust ability. Also keeps the nice ride not harsh like you'd get with a spacer lift.

 

The budget does not include tires. Height 3" to 6"...love the look of the 6" just not sure if i want to go they tall. Truck never sees mud

 

The higher you go the more expensive it gets and more potential issues you'll have down the road.

 

3/1 coilover lift from one of the big names or TRD pro should fit that budget and offer significantly better ride quality over stock

I’d go for the TRD Pro shocks with 33’s. They are specifically tuned for our Tundras. 6 inch lifts are fun for a little bit. It’ll annoying after awhile, at least it was for me. More body roll, less feeling of control of the vehicle.

 

While this is my first Tundra, it is not my first lifted Toyota. In my various 4Runners I’ve had the following suspension setups: Bilstein, Icon, King, ADS, and now the factory Pro Fox.

if I was going to pick a suspension from scratch it would, without a doubt, be Arizona Desert Shocks. For the ride, price, and build quality, they are hands down the finest suspension parts I’ve ever owned and installed.

After that I would put the Pro Fox and Kings at the same level. If my Pro came with the previously installed Bilsteins instead of Fox, ADS would be on order already.

 

I’ve had the 4” Procomp w/33’s for almost 3 years with no complaints.
