Does anyone know if the 2020 land cruiser heritage edition rim is the same size as the 2020 tundra pro. I have a army green pro and want the bronze mat finish on the land curiser for my pro. Ive called the dealership and they said the offset are different. Anyone have an idea. Thanks

Same. I tried finding them for my ride but they are VIN locked. You could find somebody with a heritage edition and borrow their VIN or powder coat. Otherwise they are the same.

They won’t sell you them anyway so he wasn’t going to spend the time. It’s the same as the Pro wheel. The thread I linked has a guy who acquired a set of take offs and they fit the same so easiest would be to powder coat them. Not sure you can even buy the center caps. Might be VIN locked as well.

Too bad you didn’t place the order. May have been able to get around the VIN if the guy was in a rush.

New plan: Send 6 of your buddies in next week to parts department when the guy is working to cause a fiasco. Call from outside and place the order

welcome from the wet side of WA.

Seriously... probably a couple hundred to have your wheels powdercoated the same color. They are the same except for the “Pro” tag and the center cap.

@Rex Kramer. You got bronze center caps for your Pro wheels, I can't recall the sequence of events in your case. Advice for @Zizyang?

I kept placing online orders until someone shipped. First two dealerships cancelled and issued a refund for lack of VIN. Third dealership placed my order on hold pending Toyota approval. Figured here we go again. But a few days later they sent a tracking number. I paid $2085, after shipping and tax.

It all depends upon the dealer you're dealing with...

It does but supposedly, for some items Toyota requires the dealer provide a VIN for a vehicle for which the part is for, to prevent some unique items from just becoming mainstream. The above dealer that shipped the wheels may have provided one from a vehicle on site. Dealers I spoke with said it is Toyota parts distributors that cancel the orders, so I’m not completely sure it’s the individual dealers, but maybe a few dealers have found a loophole.

These may be a supply and demand example, much like toilet paper at your local Costco where the flow is controlled, or the sky high prices on the Launch edition Supra, or the Hellcat, or your local drug dealer which I know nothing about... You could probably order from another dealership in another state and they wont even ask for additional info, granted the shipping penalty, but sometimes its free... I mean I ordered a Supra strut brace, a discontinued part, with no VIN from a dealership nor instructions in English, can't get rarer than that I guess... I've ordered countless parts from different dealers across the U.S. because there is a price difference based on region and never gotten any push back, but then again there wasn't a pandemic going on, except for the brace....

Piercey Toyota in California can be ordered.. $2400 before shipping, sorry I edited taxes for shipping... try them.. it states vin recommended, but I pushed to proceed to check out and it goes.. shipping may be a bitch, but how bad do you want them.

    https://parts.pierceytoyota.com/v-2...tion--5-7l-v8-gas/accessories-wheels--18-inch

Edit: online order rules, you can always elect for local pick up..

Note: don't call, easiest way to get denied... order online you can opt for local pick up and rub it in their face when they gotta fetch.. bring a dolly or a cart, lol..

All the sites will let you order the Heritage wheels, even pay for them. The first two cancelled my order and issued a refund because I didn’t provide VIN. The first called and I was honest. I’m a sucker. The second didn’t even call, just canceled the order. Third shipped after stating they were waiting on Toyota authorization. My only guess is someone in the parts department simply entered an already known Land Cruiser Heritage Edition VIN. Went through the same routine with TRD Pro suspension. When I ordered in September, Toyota had the kit “on hold,” whatever that means. Again, took three orders and the third shipped without question.

California will probably follow through on orders as most people here are sue happy, and I doubt Toyota will take a bigger financial hit for refusing to sell some rims.... I'm not denying your issues... all I'm saying is there's more than 1 way to skin a cat... Just gotta find the cat that puts up less of a fight......

I remember when I first saw Heritage LC and thinking how nice those wheels would look on a Tundra. Looks great!
