Howdy Tundra folks! I bought a set of Bodyguard bumpers for my Cement Gray '19 Double Cab Limited and had them painted to match. The paint isn't holding up (painter did a poor job... gave me a refund... different discussion). A couple shops suggested powder coating, but I can't find "on the shelf" Cement Gray powder, or anything that matches even close enough. I can have powder custom matched for $700 for 40 lbs, but I neither want to spend $700, nor deal with a bunch of extra powder I don't need. Anyone out there know where I can find powder to match? Thanks in advance for any help!

Nice setup! I can’t help with the powder coat, but have a question about the rear bumper... It looks like you have the parking sensors installed with this rear bumper and wondering if that model will also work with the BSM sensors?

I don't think it does out of the box. The step ups might be a good place for them with a mod.

Sadly I'm looking for a bumper compatible with the BSM and have yet to find one.

I love my BSM and didn’t want to lose the feature. There was only one in the market that offered that option. It was the Magnum brand I believe. One of our members was one of the last to get one. Rumor was that a well known manufacture had bought their design and it would go into production in January 2020, but I have had no luck finding one.

@mambo143 I'm in the same boat. Thanks for the info. I'll keep my eye out for that manufacturer.

The Bodyguard, unfortunately, is not compatible with BSM. I like it, but figure I've driven 35 years without it, so I can continue to get along without it. I'd like to find a way, but may be a fair amount of work only to find out they may not work as designed, even it you could mount them on the back side of the step. Who knows?

Check the build link in my signature.
I'd like to see some other angles of that rear bumper - that thing is pretty slick from behind.

If you decide to go a different route, I used Rustoleum Gloss Smoke Gray spray paint. It's $4 a can, you can find it anywhere, and is super easy to touch up if I ever needed to and I won't cry over any scratches. It's a close enough match and I can't complain for the money. I've had previous bumpers get powdercoated and bedlined and getting those touched up weren't worth it.
