I ain’t give up on this project yet but it’s looking like I’m gonna have to fab something to get what I want. Why Toyota thought it was good idea to use fog lights that weren’t round on the tundras but used round on the 05 and up Tacoma’s. The Cali raises brackets fit but leave a little bit of a gap on the edges

Not a bad price but I never liked the tiregates. Not a great weight placement.

That guy did a wicked job on the bed sides though.

Me too, but I was mainly looking for the lowest miles. I was actually trying to avoid black as keeping the paint clean is quite hard

Being new here, I don't want to overstep, but you- @Darkness - is saying black was your second choice?

Jade is growing on me, and is now my trucks name.

I know, it surprises everyone. I wanted Jade green with bronze wheels but couldn't find a Jade one at all at the time. I kept seeing white, black, or dark red. White looks like a city worker to me and the red one I saw was kinda beat. Thats when I went to the dark side.

That would be really cool to build, but I can't get past "what about when I need my truck to do truck stuff?". I wouldn't be able to put something like that aside and drive to pick up some 2x4s or some sheets of plywood.

I wonder why people don't just start with a sequoia instead.

Agree with that, the truck is a multipurpose machine. I'll never do a permenant camper set up in the back.

Even having the topper sometimes, as easy as it is too pop off with the tractor, seems too much.

For a price he'll release any man
The man with the golden hands

His palm may be of oil or grease
    Who will he beat next?
    WE SHALL SEE!!!

Rubs are required whenever he's hired
They come just before the spill
    No man can match him
    No woman outlast him
    with his million dollar skill

One golden spot means another dermological desert comes to a moisturized end
For a price he'll release any man
The man with the golden hands
    Will get it then
    He'll show any man
    With his GOLDEN HANDS!!!!!

Anybody used the oem style switches from Cali-raised? I spliced up one for the lights on my wife’s 07 sequoia. Also using Cali raised’s pre-made harness. Did you tap the switch to come on with interior lights?

previous owner took the wiring harness and switch but left the lights on the front  lights maybe no good

I think strictly camping wise, you can build a way better tundra then sequoia as all that bed room would be nice. But I see what you mean, Even my normal snug top I want to take off and on but I have absolutely no room to store it anywhere. I would sell it but finding another black one is super hard. I am on the look out for a not snugtop branded one, as I like the tops that don't fold over the bed rails way more than mine.

Has to be. My sense of humor is fucking dark, and trash.

Currently doing a speed run to hell. I'll be there with death in a custom super dooty FGT to pick y'all up.

Does anyone know what exactly controls when our transmissions shift? I’m trying to figure out why it changed when I added my k&n intake.

isnit simply throttle position and speed? Does it factor in engine load?
