    Hello
So recently my tundra front right axle started leaking grease so I took it to Toyota dealership because its still under warranty. I was told that the axle it self was good but the boots needed to be replace but it was not going to be cover by the warranty because its lifted (3inch front spacers/ 1inch rear) i was wondering if anyone had the same problem or something related to it? ... I personally believe it should be cover by the warranty.

I am at dealership right now with my 2018. It is out of warranty but have an extended warranty. Looking at axle boot leaking now. Just found it during oil change service. Mine has 3/1 leveling kit.

@don3032 did they make you pay or was it cover by the warranty?

My warranty expired 5000 miles ago. But they said if it was still under warranty it would have been covered. Looking at around 500 total for repair and alignment.

Eye balling spacer lifts is so easy, especially if trying to deny warranty work.

Even measuring is easy. Thickness of spacer x2 is approx lift.

End result - current dealership is being difficult. Nothing more to it.
