Man sometimes I wish I could get a single cab for off road use, just need the cab space though...

The single cab has more interior space than my old extra cab T100 had, you can fit a ton of gear behind the seats.

I owned a 2017 4Runner that I traded in because of severe rust at 2 1/2 years old. I do miss the gas mileage, the Eibach shocks, and the maneuverability of it. I don’t miss the towing performance or brakes (weak as hell to say the least).

It’s a great vehicle for those who want a true SUV...it’s not overrated in ANY sense.

I am not a SUV guy in all honesty so I will always prefer a pickup truck. So in the end I am very happy with my trade. I wish my wife would drive a 4Runner but the Highlander suits her better. Don’t look back OP, it’s not worth the effort...

I love my new to me 2012 tundra. One thing I do miss which won’t be a dealer killer is auto headlights.
