Hello, I purchased a 2014 4x4 Tundra Crewmax, SR5 upgrade, with the TSS Off-Road package.

So far I have only de-badged it and will be looking into other things to do. I really need to find a good storage solution, for now I just use a bin in the back seat area for cables, etc. Not sure I want a full sized truck box for the bed. Oh, I added a stubby antenna as well, removed the factory one.

Will be doing the following soon:

    Yellow fogs

Husky X-Act liners (waiting for the rears to come on sale)

    Locker down console safe

    Bed cover (maybe)

Possibly getting rid of the black wheels. I think the blacked out look has been worn out. Maybe leave the chrome bits?

    tssiffroad.jpg

That is it for now, I am pretty happy with how it sits besides what I mentioned. Same pic I posted on the intro thread.

    *Update*

    Added some Weathertech mats:

Lock'er Down Console Safe w/Abloy keys:

    And my yellow fogs:

You don't think that look is out of style? Most that get a black truck do that. My first Tacoma was that way, trying to think of other ideas.

I have the same wheels. I love them. I like just a little chrome so its not just all black. Just a little... and not on the bumpers. But I also love my tss off road decals. So maybe im just that guy. Heh. I love my truck to be modded, but I like it to have just a little bit of stock to it.

It's really up to your preferences and not what's in or not. Those are some nice wheels though.

I like some stock on my truck too, may just get the bumpers done and leave the front trim around the grill area. They are nice wheels, I do like them.

I did think about trading them but just decided to keep them, I think it would be a hassle to do unless it was local. Do the weather beaters have a better fit than the X-Act? I read that they cover more area but that the X-Acts are a lil heavier and sit better. I won an Amazon gift card so was going to order them from there once I decided which to buy. The weather beaters have the rear piece and the others do not yet.

They look good in the pic :)

I hear ya. I haven't seen the X-act in person, but it looks like they have deeper grooves for wet weather? I love the fit of the weather beaters, I don't think they could fit any better. They seem to sit fine as well. Plus you don't have to wait for the rears!

Well, just got them in and the drives side mat had a piece crack off where you snap it down. These seem to not sit right either, maybe need a heat gun or time to let them settle. Not sure if I should keep em or just go with the Weathertechs.

that's not right... compare the part number on the box you got from Amazon with the part number on husky's web page. I bought mine directly from husky and they fit like a glove. I can take more pictures if you would like to see how mine fit. gravity did help the edges near the door sit right, but that was it.

Same part number, maybe they will send over the front part or mat. Will take a closer look in the morning.

It's all good, I had been looking into buying them. They probably need to sit a bit and settle, just sucks that the on snap down area was damaged. All good :)

No worries man, I think I just like the feel and style of the Weathertech, they just emailed me that the rear piece should be out in a few weeks, maybe sooner. No worries :)

Well, total after the last payment is made it should be around 34kish. Rebates and the money difference they gave me for my Tacoma got me a good deal. It is an awesome truck, just got my new Lock'r Down console safe put in, hope you get a great deal on one!

Hey man I just got a 2011 model over the weekend and I absolutely love it. Did you de-badge it yourself? If so how hard was it and what did you use to remove them? Also what tire size is on yours? about to get some tires and looking at 275/65r18 but don't want them to rub but fill the wells up at the same time.
