Agreed. Defintely not the place to be playing games with some nut.

I hate when people tailgate, I also hate when people go slow in the passing lane right next to a slow driver in the right lane.

    Patience is the answer haha.

I would be willing to bet the asshole in the Honda Pilot could be liable for causing an accident. How hard is it to use a blinker, move over to the right lane and let someone pass? I'm glad Colorado passed laws for over 65 mph zones, the left lane is for passing only.

Tj, can you tell that to the yahoos that like to crawl up I70 in the left lane? That crap drives me nuts! People doing 50 in a 65 zone in the left lane with semis going just as fast in the right lane. Wtf, there are three lanes.

I don't know which one of them was stupider. My vote goes to the Pilot.

I kinda feel like the guy in the pilot needs a grenade launcher round up the tail pipe. But who knows what occurred prior. I'm a big fan of moving over to let people go faster if they want. Saved myself from more than 1 ticket that way.

Mine goes to the guy that lost control of his vehicle, but that doesn't absolve Mr. Pilot of wrongdoing. Mr. Rollover should have maintained control of his vehicle and safely stayed in his lane. I think he is most at fault, however I think Mr. Pilot committed the act of careless driving for his brake checks.

We need Judge Judy up in here!

I know. It is frustrating, especially when towing. It's ok though, I usually just add a little fuel and pass on the right.

Yeah, I wind up passing on the right to. But most days I'm in the hooptie company dodge Dakota, 5.2L V8 dog with a craptastic trans. If I don't keep it moving the semis will ovetake me! Oh well, better than trashing the tundra.

If it went to court my thought is that both would end up with a ticket for careless driving but the honda pilot would not be liable for the wreck since they were both at fault.

Your probably right Sean, but Damn minivan dude needs to learn how to drive. From the video, seems like he should've6able to avoid the pilot without loosing control and rolling!

Your right, in most cases the person in the rear would be liable. With a dash camera...might get interesting though.

I have learned to just slow down and enjoy the scenery. A few mph more doesn't get you there a whole lot faster.

They in fact are both in violation and could both receive tickets for the crash. Its not always a matter of who was worse but rather who committed a traffic violation. In this case both drivers committed violations and together resulted in a crash.

    For the Honda:

    Reckless driving resulting in injury
Leaving scene of accident with injuries (presumption)

Not sure what state this is occurred in so Im not sure about the passing lane

    Tail-gater:
    Careless driving
    Following too closely

    What else? :)

Those are the ones:thumbsup: depending on the D.A. you could push reckless endangerment on the Honda. His driving actions are reckless but his intent was to place someone in harm.
