Just joined Tundras.com and wanted to say hello. I've been on Tundra Solutions for a while but this site seems seems better in some ways..

I'm Sean, I'm living in North Carolina. I had a 2007 Tundra CM SR5 Off Road in Silver Sky Metallic since it was new to me in 2011. Sorry to report that is was totaled last month because someone decided they were in a hurry and decided to turn left in front of me as I was doing 45mph. Good news is that I walked away and aside from a few bruises was ok. Couldn't say as much for the truck.

Anyway, Insurance was good to me and I am going on Friday to adopt another Tundra and provide a home for it.

Looking forward to participating the forums and becoming part of this community.

The day I brought the 2007 home:

2017.. These things can take a beating:

Plenty planned thanks to all of you.
Welcome and wow. That's an awful crash but the Tundra did it's job and kept you safe which is more important. Trucks can be repaired/replaced. Can't wait to see what you get next.

Welcome from TN! Glad to see you're alright and getting a new(er) tundra out of a bad situation!

This site is head and shoulders above any other tundras site out there, trust me!

Hey Sean, sorry to hear about your crash, but I'm glad you were alright. I think you will really like this forum, we have a great group of people.

Good luck truck shopping. I'm sure your know this, but those tow mirrors will fit on 14+ Tundras as well, and the side steps will also fit a 14+ as long as you go with the same can style. Just in case they weren't damaged and you are able to take them off your old baby.

Keep us updated on what you end up with, and rule #1, post up some pics of the new ride when you get it!

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. It's much appreciated. I was busy yesterday. I took the day off of work and went and picked up my new baby (well new to me anyway) 2015 1795 CM.

That's a beauty of a truck. What are the lights mounted to? the pic is a little dark.

Eventually I would like to do a a small lift or leveling and get some new shoes.. The stock 20's are nice enough but I prefer a black set, been looking at some Fuel Boosts but for the life of me I can't figure out the offsets to be able to fit 33's without any rubbing...

They are mounted to a N fab light bar. I will try to get a better pic when the sun comes back up.
