    I'm wondering what gas prices are around the country and how low they can go. Northwestern MN has $1.88 today and I like a fill up for under $70.

    About $2.50 In Portland Oregon. Oil prices got hit pretty hard this week so prices should drop more. Think it hit a 5 month low Friday.

    $1.53 in Houston to $2.75 in SOCO. It's crazy to see the swing. I didn't get grades higher than a C in Macro and Micro Economics in college so someone explain the differences to me.
    My "C" educated prediction is that gases prices climb immediately after the election, regardless of a blue or red winner.

    Much of the difference between states is the amount of taxes the state adds. So if you don't like high gas prices, think of it as a tax and vote accordingly.
