    Good Morning

I picked up these TRD shocks over the weekend from a guy that lifted his truck the first week he had it. I’ve done a search but didn’t find an exact answer to my question.

Are the front coils driver’s side and passenger’s side specific?
If yes, is that what the color dots designate?
(blue and orange / yellow and grey)

The easiest way to figure out which is the left or right is to look at the bottom of the coil. The end of the coil at the bottom faces rearwards with the top bolts positioned so that they mount into the bolt holes. You should be able to position the strut into the top bolt holes with the coil facing reward without having to turn the bottom mount. Oh and sticker on the strut body facing out. From your picture looks like the top strut is the right side.

This applies if they have never been apart but by the looks of it they haven't.
