I'm detecting a vibration at speeds in excess of 70 mph, and higher.

Not a violent vibration, but noticeable.

First gut instinct is carrier bearing?

tires seem more likely than CSB
Either balancing or wear. Both can cause badvibes.

Are these on the new tires or still on the old set?

Old set. I've been feeling it for a while, but just kept forgetting to post since lately I've stayed under 70-ish

It could just be a tire issue. I have a slight vibration around 70 with my K02's. I've not done anything about it because it's not that bad. Is it your original carrier bearing to your knowledge? Might be time to replace it anyways. Track down that spicer post and get the OEM one for a fraction of the price.

Edit: probably just the tires. What size are your K02s? Mine are 265/70R16
Original carrier bearing to my knowledge.

    Currently sitting at 324,812

Question for the limited crew, or lit sun visor peeps:

What leds did you use there?

I bought some sylvania leds but they are too wide/thick for the white lens cover to fit over them.

Good thing this is on the agenda.

Once I finally get off my ass and decide what sway bar links I'm using I'll see what Bruce will charge to do that for me.

I'm not worried about my mechanical abilities to do the job... I'm worried about tweaking my back again. Still waiting on FMLA balance to accrue from feets injury.
