Hi everyone... so I have a 2020 with TRD exhaust.
I’m looking for headers with connection pipe/with cat to be a bolt-on application.
So far I found only the AFE Twisted Steel ones.
Do any others have the long tube headers with connection pipe with cat to be bolt-on to my TRD exhaust?

thank you in advance for your time, and help.

I would be more concerned there is no tuning available for 20’ trucks.

    Not even the BullyDog ?

I made an order with Keith at DirtyDeeds and will be receiving the JBA long tubes with their custom made mid-pipes w/high flow cats.

Just wondering what tuning you may be referring to as I’m pretty new to all of this.

Bully dog isn’t a real tuner. I’m referring to actually going into the trucks ecu and doing a real tune to adjust fuel trims, timing advance, torque management. You will wind up running lean if you put headers on without a tune. Lean motors is what pops pistons, at a minimum. Will it run without a tune? Yea. Sure. I sure as hell wouldn’t go romping on the truck without a getting wide band though.

Jba long tube headers, dirty deeds TRD exhaust (2x24), 19+ Pro lights and grill painted sky silver, TRD rear sway bar, TRD reusable air filter, PnP sliders, pnp full set skid plates, 275/70/18 ko2’s, bully dog bdx (trail setting), c4 hybrid bumper with DD lights(sae fog and driving)
I ran jba long tube headers with no tune for a year about 10k miles with no issues, I recently purchased a bd bdx from @dirtydeeds and now running the trail tune. I didn’t even notice a performance gain from tuner

You don’t NEED a tune! I have jba LT’s, mid pipes with cats and OEM trd dual tail pipes. Ran that set up with NO tune for a year.

Lol no tune required with headers. Dirty deeds race exhaust can be used with no tuning at all. You should be fine afr should be around 12.5 wot.

I think I am doing the “quote” button wrong. That top two paragraphs that looked like mine, were a quote from a user above. I did not order anything new yet.
    Thank you.

I've been running ARH LT headers and DirtyDeeds 17" TRD replacement exhaust since the beginning of Aug 2020. I'm sure I could gain more performance using a tune and there is a P420/P430 CEL on but, being a 2020, there are no tune options for me. It's pretty loud but I love the tone.

I don't want to thread jack but here is a link to my exhaust sample video:

Enough for me to take notice when I gave a late model Camaro SS a run for it's money the other night. Thought id be a blowout but he couldn't shake me lol.

My build was slightly biased towards street/strip this time around so headers helped tremendously. Be ready for the added noise along with the power. I can't say I gained MPG as the acceleration is intoxicating and honeymoon still going strong. There are dyno sheets that have been passed around, one day I'll get on one to confirm.

I thought I read somewhere the 50-70hp was not uncommon with a set of longtube headers.
They are definitely on my radar but I dont know if I want to deal with the extra noise on a daily driver.
Ive made so much noise in the past... ive learned to appreciate quiet now. :p

As a stand alone item LT headers produce about 30 additional peak hp.

That is still a pretty big gain.
Ive done the stock airbox mod, high flow filter, TRD inlet and 2.5" dual exhaust... so overall Id probably see better than 30hp.
