So I’m installing a system in my 2015 and I’m having issues drilling my door bulkhead connector due to clearance issues with the wires. I want to move one small wire on the connector but cannot figure out how to get it out. Anyone know the proper tool to remove this pin and which side of the wire to insert the tool?

    I second this recommendation..
I bought one like it on Amazon.

There are several youtubes on removing pins from Molex connectors using whatever you may have around the house.

Just out of curiosity, what wire is that?

This is on the right rear door and I believe it is a signal wire indicating the door is shut. It runs back to the actuator plug on the locking mechanism. I will order that kit.

Lol. I’ve seen one video by Taco Tunes but it is not very detailed and I don’t want to just hog a drill bit in their and risk damaging a wire. If I move this one wire I will have plenty of room to drill through the bulkhead.

Yep. That depinning tool will work for ya. I’m sure a stereo shop will sell them too. If you need it now.

Just thought I’d share that the tool worked. You have to unlock the tab on the outside and then insert the tool on the front side above the Pin and push down. Pins came right out. Thanks for the help!!
