I have a funny feeling this will take awhile to sell

Spotless 2020 GMC with 8k miles sitting on a Toyota lot would scream to me “Don’t walk away, run. Somebody got tired of trips back to the dealer.”

 

It would be interesting to test drive to see if you could detect the issues. Rattles, squeaks, steering, shifting, CELs stored codes, repair history, etc,.

 

hot market for used trucks. it will sell.

 

Or bought lunar prius

 

My guess is someone bit off more than can chew on the payment and needed to make a change. Those GMC's are a lot of money.

Leaking rear window? Intermittent infotainment issues? Oil leaks? Can't remember what other issues they've had.

 

Could also be an inventory balance from a sister location -- Dealership is part of a group with multiple locations, trying to keep the same number of used cars on each lot.

 

My guess is the original owner couldn't stand to look at it anymore.

 

Probably has the new 6.2 grenadier engine; surprised it made far enough to be traded in.

 

Stock vehicle from a sister dealership that a Manager/owner continually used until the mileage hit a point where they could write it off by transferring it to another dealership and sell as a clean used rig maybe?
