I just bought these covers: https://www.amazon.com/Rigid-Indust...ustries+fog+light+cover&qid=1602695134&sr=8-1

But I can't seem to get to snap on properly. It definitely fits the light, but the housing that the fog light is in for the Tundra TRD Pro seems to be too small to fit the clips. Was anyone able to get these on? I think if I popped the lights out the front, snapped the cover on, and then put the lights back in through the front it should work, but just thought I'd see if anyone else had any success.

I put them on a little while ago and it was a very tight fit. Lots of wiggling and pushing to get the tabs on the side to fit into the housing. I did not need to take the lights out though. Good Luck!

Awesome, thank you! I've got a black 2019 Pro and am trading it in in a few days for the 2021 Lunar rock. Wanted to test the covers out on the current truck while I wait. Just gonna wait until I get my new truck and do it on that one in case I can't get it back off :notsure:

I too was having trouble squeezing them on without marring up the housing but I made a fix that makes them super easy to install/uninstall for washes etc.
I just dremmeled down part of the tabs that flare out and voila, I’ll get some pics when I get a chance

That’s a good idea. I think I know what you mean but a picture would be great whenever you get a chance.

Is the amber just a color preference thing, or do they improve visibility somehow?

I think it's some sort of protector preventing rocks etc breaking them.

Thanks for the tip! I just ordered a set of the Rigid covers off Amazon and will try the Dremel trick on the tabs. I recently installed some Rigid D-Series SAE lights in my 1794 using the TRDPro fog light bezels so i'm assuming this will work for me as well.

Glad to help! It was really frustrating before I thought about using the dremel. My brain doesn’t always work but I’m happy it did that day. o_O

I'm told the yellow light is better for dusty or white-out conditions. Haven't tested it and not even sure the yellow cover over a white LED is the same as a straight yellow LED. Personally, I just like the look.

You don't have to dremel/modify them to fit, but I'm sure it makes it easier. Otherwise you got to monkey them into place.

Paying MSRP (around $56k), but they gave me a decent deal on my trade in. Mine comes with the predator steps, remote tailgate lock, and spray-in bedliner.

When you order these on Amazon it is only for 1. So be sure to mark 2 in qty, don't ask me how I found out.But pretty sweet now that we're in fog season here in the gulf coast of Texas.

    Haha ... it's my fault I can't/don't read the sellers description :)

First one showed up today so just gotta wait for the 2nd one. Hopefully they both have the same logo ... I guess some show up with the Rigid logo and others say Rigid Industries.

Ah really? That’s annoying. Both of mine have the same logo. I think the logos may be different by color? But I’m not sure

On Amazon they do show different logos on different colors but in the reviews some folks mentioned 2 different logos showing up for the same color when they ordered a set. I guess worst case we can post what we get and trade them here :)
