    Mine is charcoal as well but the SR model is black. Go figure.

    I know, right?. :notsure:

    I would have preferred the black insert.

    Just briefly saw your first post as I was perusin'

    The company I work for is making a grille surround and hood bulge overlay, and will be offering color matching as well. It should be much more affordable than what you are seeing, and it won't mess with the grille sensor so you won't have to worry about it. It's still not going to be available for another 2 months or so, so I don't want to oversell it to you, but that might be an option. Check out the thread real quick. It's mostly about the Bumper Overlays we sell, but I start talking about the grille we're developing near the end. Here's the link https://www.tundras.com/threads/chrome-delete-covers-for-tundra-bumpers-bumpershellz.33261/

    Congrats on the new Tundra!

    I am thinking about taking the insert from the grill that I pulled off and using some of the leftover SEM trim paint that I did the interior with to see how it turns out.

    thank you EC1, I appreciate it. I’ve already purchased it but I’m interested in the bumper caps, front and rear. They are overlays correct? I’m curious how much they run. Feel free to dm me the price if that’s better for you.

    @Roman

    Package for the hood bulge and grill came in two days ago (Friday), here they are installed. Color match is perfect! Thank you again!

    Did anyone ever figure out for sure if the Sport grille and Platinum grille are different or not? From photos it seems to me that the Platinum mesh is darker. Would like to confirm this.
