That's how I'm going......just waiting for the parts to get here.
Color matched bulge, surround and Platinum insert.
(Oh and I ordered the OEM LED headlights and fogs anyway...Shhhhh )
It will be a complete facelift.

I'm not a big fan of chrome either. But, when I saw the pics of your black, lifted Tundra, my first thought was "badass!!". If there was ever a Tundra to look good with chrome, yours does it with authority!

Also, my 2018 CM, has chrome mirrors, door handles and step bars. I keep telling myself, that I will eliminate them, but other "mods" always seem to take priority. Like right now, I am looking long and hard at the RCI bed rack. So, for the time being, chrome delete is going to have to take a back seat.

Beautiful truck! Mine won't look much different when I get it all together......just a few shades darker. ;) I was torn between a Pro grill and the Platinum black honeycomb.
Ultimately the Platinum honeycomb won out......besides, everybody is doing the Pro grill and there's something about that honeycomb that I've always liked.
That truck of yours would look awesome with a set of the N-Fab steps like I have on mine but in the textured black finish vs the gloss I'm running.

I had the same dilemma with my attitude black and chrome tundra and eventually caved into going down the rabbit hole, currently have the attitude black door handles and mirror caps and waiting on my attitude black hood bulge along with my 2019 trd pro grille to come in so I can take the chrome grille and surround off. Although its a tough one to keep clean, so far im liking the all black better

I bought the Night Shade Edition because I’m not a big chrome guy. Try plastidip?

It's 6".... Running 35x12.5 / 20 BFG KO2s which have been a good solid mild mannered AT , wearing nice but a little undersized for their stated size.....and to be honest, a little boring.
I have a little more room to play with and once its all blacked out the shoes are gonna get a little more aggressive as well. ;)

    The transformation is complete......
Color matched surround bulge and bumper shells, TRD Pro grille, black OEM LED headlights, LED fogs.
I don't think the chrome on this truck looked terrible but man am I loving this new look!

I had 2019 limited in the cement color and got rid of the chrome grill and surround. Went with the TRD pro grill. It really looks awesome now. Don’t regret on but.

For the chrome bumper ends I purchased new plastic bumper ends and painted them myself. They ended up coming out really nice.

my vote is to change chrome

I like some chrome but the front of my truck has too much. I know I'd like to at least change out the center section of the grill to a black one with TOYOTA. Not sure if I like the honey comb or the pro one better.

I actually just got the grille insert with the lights already installed and wired up from member "InsaneAuto86". Not sure what brand or kit etc that he used but his install was great. Rock solid. All I did was tap them into my truck. Can't beat that!
Might want to hit him up with any questions....good guy and he did a nice job with them.

nice. If the insert was from him, then I have the information already as him and I spoke about it previously when the grill insert was for sale.
    Thanks!
