    Hey guys,

Looking at possibly purchasing my first Tundra this weekend - 2016 Crewmax 4x4 SR5. I wanted to ask if there was anything I should be on the lookout for? Also, this is prime time to negotiate parts from the dealer at or below cost - any upgrades I should be privy to?

I have already thought about a Pro grill, but with the chrome surround, schoop, and bumper corners I think it would look out of place. Also thinking of doing 2" in the front with 33 or 34s, any pictures of a similar setup would be much appreciated.

    Thanks for the help!

A little of this and a little of that.
Well if you have unlimited favors from the parts dept I would definitely ask for
    1) Spray in bed liner, Linex-Premium
    2) Tonneau cover - BAKFlip Revolver or MX4
    3) Husky X-Act floor liners

I would def come out with those items on my truck.
Good luck and congratulations on getting a new truck this weekend.

I know it has the 5.7. Not sure about the gas tank but I bet it's the 26 Gal.

That being said, i drive about 200 miles a week, so I don't think that's a big deal.

I drive my truck one day a week (I have a company vehicle for during the week), and it's still annoying. Just my $.02

    Don't go 33". Go 35" on a 3/1 BOSS kt.

I dont drive it enough to have noticed. Truthfully, its not something I pay attention to anyway. I didnt buy a truck to worry about gas mileage.

Before you buy used find out what deals you can get on a new one. When I was shopping for mine, one of the dealers didn't understand I wanted to buy new. And he showed me the same one I wanted but used with 25k miles. He wanted $1000 more than what I ended up paying for a new one.
