    Hello, been a lurker for a little while. On my 3rd Tundra...I know that isn’t crazy but when I tell you they’ve all been 2020 models...it gets crazy.

    Long story short, bought a DC and didn’t like it from day 1. Got a Cav blue CM, had it less than a week, it had transit damage. Ended up in a MGM CM...loved the Cav blue but really enjoying the MGM.

    Also upgraded trim level each time.

    And no, I’m not upside down.

    Looking forward to becoming an active member.

    To the lot. I drove it home from the lot. I found it after having the truck for 6 days. Then I went back to the dealership immediately after finding it. They did me right but, of course, they win and make their money in the end.

    Sounds like they failed to do the predelivery inspection and probably still charged you for it.

    Apparently, somebody knew about it but sales supposedly didn’t.

    You are correct about charging me, they charged me new price. Then wanted to fix it for free. I wanted it fixed and some money back or a different truck. They got me fired up over it.

    I hear ya. My truck got held in the port for 2 weeks for a 1/2 inch scratch repair on the fuel door. It took a district manager from SE Toyota to find out what was taking so long. I bought the truck before it ever hit the lot.
