What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

The calipers look great, been wanting to do this...did you spray or use brush method? What paint also....truck is bad ass...

A little detailing for the weekend, can’t get enough of that shine, can’t wait to get the ceramic on!

 

Here are a couple of “color-matched” micro fiber dusting towels that didn’t quite make it into the previous shots. They are closer in color but the pic shows them as being “brighter”.

Couple things the past few days:

Installed bronze wheel decals from TVD:


And made myself a flag for the inside of the sunroof out of matte black vinyl. Wasn’t sure if I’d like it but it’s kinda badass. Also installed the Raingler attic net visible here as well.

 

Pretty damn awesome from where I am hermano! So it can only get better... cannot wait to see your future updates!

Hey Patrick I have a question for you. I follow your page and love your stuff. Is your truck Re-geared ? I notice you said your about to tow your boat and wondering how your truck is doing pulling it with your lift ? How much weight are you pulling too?

 

Put these letters on my tailgate handle from TVD vinyl. Trucks dirty so they look real bright right now.

Got her cleaned up a lil bit today. Letting the wax cure then topping with bead maker tomorrow.

 

Ordered the 2020 platinum grille for to get painted to match the rest of the truck......Dealer told me it won't be here until 11/15/20 as it is still in Japan. The waiting game begins.

 

Those bronze decals really tie in well with the 1794 emblem

 

Not an overly exciting thing, but I finally got the remote connect app working. The dealership had screwed up the paperwork on their end and after a lot of back and forth I got it set up. Now I can start and lock my truck from the app. Love it!

 

Does it still shut the engine off when you open the door?

 

I actually didn't even check it, I went down to the parkade on a break and tried it, and just turned it off using the app as well. I'll try tonight and let you know. I am thinking that it still would unfortunately.

 

Installed my Anytime front/rear camera mod today.

Had a minor glitch with radio plug ID (2020 issue) but got it sorted out.
Works fantastic.
