New UCA is advisable and highly recommended to avoid premature wear, stock can work just understand the angle of the ball joint will wear quicker. Camburg, icon, spg all make good upper control arms with varying differences in maintenance
You can use blocks, advise to spend the money on shackles. Toytec makes adjustable ones from 1 inch to 1.5 Inch
Level is 3 inches in front, one in rear.
You can rock stock rims and go up to a 35 inch tire with a body mount chop and its a good idea to get wheel spacer to push the rim out alittle, 33s are conservative if you don't want to chop and use the wheel spacers

Yes definitely going to change uca..I already got the quote including the shackles so I'm probably stick with that also I want to go 35 on tires I guess I will need a body chop. But how about my rim size will that be cool or should I go to 18" rims??

35's on 18" rims or 35's on 20" rims will still have the same 35" diameter so fitment disparity is moot on that dimension. The real question is wheel offset. Remember, the more negative offset that you choose, the more the wheels will be pushing out, away from the center line of the truck and out of the wheel wells; thus being MORE prone to rubbing on the body mounts, and/or, the front wheel well/bumper lip when you crank the wheel over one way or the other.

Kings are better with out a doubt. That being said, Toytec aluma series are great. I personally see them as a middle ground between Bilstein's and Kings...

For the price and adjustability that are pretty top notch. They are actually a product made by Elka- branded by Toytec.
