This is where it rubs. When both tires are at full droop this bracket rests on the sway bar lower connection point and keeps the rear end from dropping all the way

There is another member that asked me to ship first, he has priority if I decide to ship. I have been gathering things to move and have not had time to get a good picture of the sway bar things that I have to sell.

Interesting. I’ll have to go check mine.

Which RXT config were you running? I’m on option 2.

I installed the rear sway bar a couple days ago and just went for my first 120 mile highway trip.

The sway bar is probably coming off tomorrow. The harshness of the ride is just insane now. I was thinking this road feels a lot bumpier then what I recall and right then my wife, who knows nothing about what I do to the truck commented, when does the bumpy section end? At the minimum I’m going to disconnect one side and compare the same trip next week.

It’s a stretch I drive weekly so I know the difference. Yeah the cornering is better, which is why I bought it but it’s not worth the trade off.

Southern California freeways are horrendous so maybe it works better elsewhere :)

Same. I thought it felt more harsh but I lived with it for a while thinking it was in my head. I did enjoy the handling in the corners, but the harshness what just too much. I previously owned and SR5 and the only reason I went to a Pro was the buttery smooth ride. After about 6 months with the bar I removed it to see if it was all in my head. It wasn't.

It feels a lot like my 06 DC felt at 180,000 miles before I replaced the worn out OEM rear shocks. It didn’t have a sway bar.

I know why its off center.........the wiring bracket on the left side of the housing has two tabs to keep it level and the rt one stop the u-bolt . I cut the tab and slid the bolt over and it will now support the tab on that side. I too have the OCD and ain;t having none of that...:)20210101_140535.jpg 20210101_142433.jpg 20210101_151444.jpg

It’s a truck. I don’t expect it to drive like a sedan. I don’t corner fast, so body roll is not an issue. The Pro suspension rides so good on these crappy roads. I might as well be off-road. I don’t want to do anything to mess that up.

For your trucks application I can see the sway bar being helpful. Well played sir.

I work residential construction and use the Pro as my comfortable daily 1/2 ton. The rear sway helps stability in my multiple stop metro/suburban style drive. There is definitely an added edge to the ride with the sway bar installed, but the minor trade off is worth it for my application.
