    Good morning all,

I have a problem, and need some assistance with identifying the existing spacer lift kit, and more importantly aftermarket UCA's that were on my truck when I bought it. The front spacer measures 2-3/4" and the rear is a 2" block.

Here is the full story... I have a 6" RC Vertex Coilover kit that I am preparing to install, and was more or less pleased to learn that I had aftermarket UCA's after watching a few videos and doing some research.

Here is why I am confused/concerned. I believe I have a 3/2 RC Strut Lift Kit with the 3.5" UCA's. However, these UCA's are only rated for the 3.5" spacer kit and will (according to RC's website) not maintain proper BJ angles with the 6" spindle kit that I have going in. Instead RC recommends the use of factory UCA's, but I like the idea of being able to grease the UCA's and feel like I am going backwards.

Can anyone help in identifying the existing kit, and put my mind at ease, or has anyone installed these UCA's with a 6" spindle kit and if so what do your BJ angles look like?

I mean worse case scenario I need to buy new UCA's but would really like to avoid that if possible.

I very much appreciate your time and assistance.

    Alot of them
+1....looks like a ReadyLift to me. Most likely a 3/2 if the rear block is 2 inches.

Don't think it will matter much with these unbranded UCAs. Looks like what others posted as ReadyLift UCA or Rough Country UCA.

Think the bigger question is whether you can run these Non-adjustable UCAs with your proposed 6" spindle kit. I wouldn't see them being an issue, but I think your best course of action is to call Rough Country and ask someone there what their recommendation is. Websites say a lot of things, I would take it to the source to confirm before spending $$ on new UCAs or replacing with OEM ones.

Or try the new lift with the same uca and see if it will align. It could work and you save some money. Or it might not and you’d be out whatever the shop charged for the alignment and time to wait on new uca. You could also order new uca from a place that takes returns so they are on hand if your current ones won’t align.

You cannot use a 6" RC Vertex Coilover with your current lift..sorry, I know that's not what you wanted to hear.

Why is that? The original strut lift would be removed upon install, but would need to use the existing UCA's...

You need a bracket lift if you want to use the 6" RC Vertex Coilover.

Sorry brother! My misunderstanding, Yes the uca's will work with your new kit. It will probably give you a better alignment.

Can you run 4" of lift without a bracket lift? I already have UCA's that work for that much lift when it comes to alignment.

Yes, there are kits out there being sold as 4 inch lifts without the bracket..As far as your current uca being used with another kit, not sure on that. My experience is specifically with 6 inch lifts.
