You are refusing to send me direct shift because you want data logs from my truck. But you don't know how to to adjust the tables. So what good are the logs going to do for you? Besides, you already have plenty of logs of my truck

Bottom line is you're refusing direct shift as a punishment for not giving you logs that aren't going to make a difference in the first place

We will provide you with any update we have for your ECU once we confirm the issues you have been so adamant about actually exist, and fix them.
You are here telling everyone my tune is broke, 4High is limited, Gearlock is broke, etc.


I know how to adjust the throttle and fix throttle closures depending on what conditions are causing it.
Yet I need datalogs to see the conditions causing it on your truck.
Which you have created some circular argument to get out of doing them.

@osidepunker not sure if you heard of the guy in the SoCal outlaws that has a shop with a dyno and is tuning tundras with the HP tuner. He’s in Temecula maybe he can get you some better results. Shops name is Apocalypse engineering

I don't care about 4wd anymore. You already told me you don't know how to adjust it. At this point all I want is:

1. A refund
2. If no refund, give me vf and I'll create my own tune
3. If no refund and no vf then you win and I lose $600

 

I did not say I don't know how to adjust it. I said I need data to see what condition is causing it.

I do not see the conditions on my truck.
I need to see the conditions on your truck. (via datalog)

Nowhere, anywhere, under any circumstances, does that mean "you already said you can't fix it."

This is not a you win you lose situation. We genuinely want to fix whatever issues you have with your tune. You are making it extremely difficult for us to do that. Actually you are making it impossible for us to do that.

Second, the only option is : datalogs.

you harped on us for MONTHS about 4wd limits.
you trolled us, complained, told people in person and online about your tune being broken because of it.
you littered our thread with your constant BS.

and when we ask for data from you to verify what you are saying, you refuse to give us the data, and now you say you don't care.

So datalogs or nothing.

 

May I suggest hiring someone to post on the forums on your behalf? Or at least when replying to osidepunker? You, as the business owner, definitely have a way of escalating the situation instead of ignoring and moving on.

There is no condition effecting his truck, no random map edits needed. We can end discussing 4 High limits, don’t exist. Stop asking for what you know. Now can you send Alex a final tune that is complete and works?

Maybe you are confusing vF Tuner with gearlock / directshift. Which you also didn't purchase, nobody paid for those.

He went on our thread, lied and said HP Tuners has 4 High tables, pushed customers away from us because of said features HP Tuners has that we don't, etc. went around trying to push HP Tuners in our thread based on LIES.
