Lawfarm, I understand your Concerns and your post.
I could of swore, and maybe I am wrong, that we said we would be sending the files by end of this week (tomorrow).

Yes some features aren't working on certain ECUs, but it's not vaporware. A tuner just used our software to crank out 600 to the wheels on a SC tundra.

The only part that has delays, or bugs, is the tune files part, on *certain* ECUs. Which is part of why we stopped offering the tune pack until it is all solved.
We haven't given up, only had some set backs.

So far we have 3 ECU versions That the features aren't working properly. We just fixed it on 18+ trucks after having some people test.

So, like I said I understand your disappointment, it's the TUNE Pack part that is delayed, but our actual TUNING software works perfectly. (For people who want to make their own maps, like HPTuners)

And for osidepunker. We aren't "not giving" the files because we are mad... we asked for some specific logs which you outright refuse to do.

Osidepunker you are outright lying about tow haul based gearlock. It has always worked that way, that if you press Tow you must use S. We didn't change our website.

vF Tuner is a finished product. It is completely different than the tuned files. It is a tuning platform.

Sent you the files. Was planning on sending them out tomorrow with the massive update to a bunch of tickets but I sent it now.

Your just trolling @osidepunker now with your holding back files for log demands, as a site member don’t think that is fair. We all know the result, so your right about the limits, you know that. Why not send him the file and be done? Well I know not done due to lack of finished product, but maybe Alex’s is finished?

You don't need logs to send me the direct shift stuff. You already said it's working for my ecu. But you decided to give me homework and withhold the direct shift until I provide you with logs you don't need. 4wd has nothing to do with direct shift.

Also, vf tuner is not available for all ecus and no estimate on when it will be available. Besides, you'll probably tell me I'm not "eligible" for that too.

Anyways, I'm done with you. I'm all in on HP tuners. I don't trust your product or your sincerity. For all I know you'll blow up my motor out of spite.

vF Tuner not being available for all ECUs doesn't mean that it doesn't work, or is unfinished. It is a matter of adding support. That's the equivalent of saying HP Tuners is unfinished because it doesn't support 2020s. Or Uprev is unfinished because it doesn't support xyz.

You know exactly why we requested the data from you.

Great I hope that HP Tuners works out for you. Good luck.

My tune is broken. I had to revert to a previous, unfinished tune in order to drive it to big bear.

I'm out over $600. And you refuse to take care of me. All you do is try to blame the guy who gave you money instead of trying to fix your product for him. I have never in my life seen this kind of "customer service" from anyone

We asked you for logs to fix your tune and you refused, multiple times. What else can we do.

man I am really going to have to take legal action against you aren't I? I really didn't want to but you posted 2 more libelous statements in this very thread.

    @lawfarm

in case it gets buried, please check your email. We sent the files to you.
We were planning on sending them all out tomorrow, but I saw this post so I sent them tonight.

I will not continue this discussion any further.
Submit the logs and show us where your tune needs fixed.
I have emailed you on 3 separate occasions asking for datalogs, including asking you here on this forum.
As of right now, we have received nothing from you.
    Good night.

I'm done with your product. Send me a refund. If you you don't want to refund me, then send me vf tuner and I'll compare that to HP and let everyone know what I think of both

But I have a feeling you're going to deny me vf tuner just like you're denying me direct shift

It may be difficult to believe but we were honestly planning on sending files tomorrow.
That is how we do it most of the time, fridays and saturdays, because that is when most of our customers are available to test / confirm / etc.

@OVTune thank you for sending the file. I really think you'd have happier, more compassionate customers if you had someone go through and respond to emails and give conservative updates. It's unfortunate that it took calling you out on here to get a response. I'm certain you did intend to send them tomorrow, but damn, dude...knowing that was going to happen would've saved us all a lot of stress.

I actually have an employee whose job it is is to ensure to not let a ticket be not responded to for more than 3 days.
But clearly that doesn't happen. It's not even a matter of laziness, it's a matter of too many emails.
I'm not blaming him though. I try to be proactive replying on my thread, but need to realize not everyone sees that.
Glad we got this sorted quickly for you though.

You said you can't adjust 4hi throttle limits. So why are you hounding me for data logs?

If you spent half as long doing a datalog as you do doing all of this........

I never said we cannot adjust 4High limits. I said I cannot find 4high limits (specifically tables, which you said exist in HPTuners, but actually doesn't) in the code.

"Send me a datalog because I'm not seeing it" does not mean "we cannot do this."

If you can't find the tables then you can't adjust it. So why are you asking me for logs?

read the last sentence of my previous post again please. There are multiple methods the ECU uses for throttle control.
I am also not hounding you. this will be my final reply.
    Good night.
