Help with fog lights

I have a 2014 I got used, appears to be stock light bulbs. Checked the fuse in the engine compartment, relay both are good, no voltage to the connector at the bulb. Bulb seems good measures like 6 ohm resistance. Any idea? is there another fuse inside the cab? if so where is it located? Thanks in advance.

 

That was it, thanks. Is there a mod where they can be on when the headlights are off? Is there a good aftermarket LED light that is yellow and has some side projection into the ditch but still good forward beams?

I believe there is a mod that allows you to turn them on anytime...try the search function to find it.
