    Mine did the same exact thing! Are you running cables from the cigarette charging port in the console out to charge things? I was, not sure if that made a difference or not.

    Getting replaced under warranty. They must be having a some issues with the, going to take 30 days or so to get the new part in.

    I wouldn't say mods, I am just using that power port inside the console to charge my phone and Garmin watch. Guess it wasn't those wires running thru there then. Just a little tight on the plastic covering then.

    service department said they got the part ordered today and hopefully will be here by the end of the week
