    Sorry to hear/see this!
Those are two heavy vehicles to hit and get hit by. Hopeful all is well, and if it’s not totaled the tundra will come out looking even better after this.

Lol, you definitely gave me a chuckle at that observation. Glad you were fine in your accident. As much as the other guy was in the wrong, I hope he gets his life sorted.

Yeah, I guess that's Texas for ya, lol. Go big or get out of Texas.

    Thanks! I hope so too!

Ha ha, you make a good argument. With this incident, it shouldn't be hard to convince the better half from here on out.

Everyone appeared to be fine. Yeah, especially wasn't easy with the brake skid to turn the wheel where I wanted the truck to go. As everyone says, it happens so fast. This definitely could've been worse for everyone involved so I think the turn might've buffered things a bit. At least, that's what I keep telling myself.

Figured out how to get the two transmission temps with my OBD reader and using an old I phone for the dashboards so my regular phone screen isn’t tied up with that. We’ll see how it works out.

Did the same. just replaced the screen and battery with cheap Amazon parts on an old 6s that is dedicated for this. I used a dashboard that has a bunch of stuff for towing. shows torque converter temp, at pan temp, oil temp, coolant temp, gear(with a little circle to show when torque converter is locked), RPMs, GPS speed since my speedometer is off. etc

Did the same except it was on my stereo. It was a cheap Chinese brand android unit with a DVD player built in. 7" I think. I used it on my F250 6.0 diesel. It was super important to watch egr temps, coolant, oil on that truck. Bad design on engine cooling and oil but I still loved it. Torque app is what I used
