Pics here....actually looks better after a summer of interior heat shrinking the leather up a bit (this is totally normal and installers will tell you that) https://www.tundras.com/threads/wha...t-gen-tundra-today.2558/page-617#post-1741958

I can send you the samples, just PM me your address.

Hey @Swfltoyomafia where did you get you Katzkins installed? I’m in Cape Coral and debating having a shop do it if the price is right.

they do good work might not be the cheapest but it’s quality. They don’t cut corners which was more important to me then the cost. I want to say it was $800-1000 to have them install but it’s been a bit so I would have to find the invoice.

@912 if you have never replaced seat covers before and this is your primary vehicle, pay a professional to do it. This takes MANY hours to do by yourself if you have never done it before. I did it seat by seat over the course of about a month during the early days of the lock down, so I wasn't driving my truck. I would work on it for a couple of hours at a time when I felt like it. I also added seat heaters, so doing that and figuring out the wiring added to the time (I added heat to all four seats, but haven't wired the rears up yet). Now that I've done it, I feel like I could knock out an interior by myself in a long weekend. If I was close, I could give you a hand and cut your time by.

Don't get me wrong, it's not rocket science and you can do it one seat at a time and still use your truck (if you do this, start early on a Saturday on the driver's seat :)) while you do it, just don't expect it to be easy and don't do it without the proper tools. Get a garment steamer ($15 at Walmart) and either a really good hog ring puller (the one with the kit is crap) or use zip ties like I did. If you decide to do it and have any questions, you can shoot them my way. Now that I'm done with it, I'm glad I did it...but while I was in the middle of it, I was cussing myself for not paying someone. If I could do it all over, I'd look for a local professional installer and if I could get it done for less than $1600, that's the route I'd go...

Great advice, thanks @speedtre! Fortunately, we have other vehicles and I have 2 weeks off every month and prefer to do everything myself, but I'm going to call around to a few shops and get some quotes. I'm considering the degreez option as well so I'll have to look into what all that entails other than some foam cutting. I haven't paid someone to work on my cars in at least 10 years (other than the free services when new, and even then I double check everything and curse).

Understood...and it's not difficult work (with the right tools), it's just tedious and time consuming. The pro videos online make it look like it's much quicker work than it is...at least for me...lol. Sounds like you are up to the job should you take it on...
