Anyone running 285/75r18 with 5100’s top setting? Just wondering if they would fit. If so pics? Thanks in advance.

Pretty sure the issue with top setting is not a good idea. Mainly cause the upper control arm can’t handle the lift and 2nd, that’s a lot of pressure on the Bilstein ring. If you go on trails/off-road, top setting can fail.

They'd fit height wise no problem but that isn't your limiting factor, its your body mount. 295/70s barely squeak by without a BMC and a 285/75 is slightly taller.
Also, wheel offset is a factor

How’s the ride quality on top setting? Did you do a diff drop or anything extra?

Ride quality is very good, nothing else done to the front. No diff drop. I did just add the Icon expansion leaf pack to the back to give me back some rake for my dirt bike hauling. it actually made the back ride even better than just the 5100's in the back.
