I use a local shops cleaner but have also used "SMART WAX LEATHER CLEANER" Started using that stuff on my boat back in 07 and man it brought back the white seats on that thing. Used it on many cars including current trucks and it always surprises me when I look at the rag and see how much crap it cleans up from the seats. Love how it leaves them nice and conditioned. If you use the "smart wax" cleaner make sure and don't sit on the seats for about 10 min. or so. Let the conditioner soak in.

We have leather furniture in the house so I just use the same Weiman Leather Wipes that we use on the furniture inside the house. That reminds me I need to wipe down all the seats this weekend.

I like Lexol leather cleaner and conditioner. Some rags, a soft brush, spray bottle to mist with water to rinse and wipe clean.

I started with special leather cleaner and wipes, but found out the armor all cleaning wipes work just fine and aren’t as expensive.

APC (Simple Green) diluted 50:1 with water and soft brush scrubbing. Tougher stains can be tackled with white vinegar diluted 2:1 with water. Follow up with a conditioner of your choice. I use Griot's 3-in-1 Leather as a follow up. Has a nice leather smell to it.

Moderns leathers have a protectant coat on it, so the cheaper conditioners won't do anything to truly "condition" the leather. Ive never used a TRUE 2 step leather conditioner (two coats, several hour dwell time in between application with a drying period) so couldnt tell you about that one.

    Interesting topic....
I posted in the detail forum just yesterday.......
Had my windows rolled down, and a bird pooped on my leather door panel.
    Its stained.
I searched on here, and the web, so far tried many different products.
i'll try the simple green tomorrow.
Hope it gets the bird sh!t stain out.

APC probably won't release a stain. Set 50/50 white vinegar and water on the stain for 5-10min and see if it helps.

    Worked on it yesterday.
I have the cleaning vinegar, so i used that, mixed it 50 / 50 with water in a coffee mug. Then heated it up in the microwave to have a hot solution.
Went out to the truck, and with a cotton swab, dabbed / applied it to the stain. Let the q-tip sit on the stain for a while.

It lightened it up a bit, but its still there. its like a purple color on the grey leather.

So I tried a stronger solution, like 4 to 1, dabbed it on there, scrubbed it a bit,,,, its still there. :(

In the big picture of things,,,, its minor, but its right on top of the door panel, so you see every time you open the door, its just aggravating.

I have used the ArmorAll leather care in the spray bottle, along with a soft cloth. I clean it way too often, but it seems to do a good job at cleaning and protecting the seats.

I have used a colored "leather creme/ polish" made for handbags, shoes, etc; to help restore some color and condition on areas of my seats where there isnt a ton of extended contact. (ie; back of fronts seat scuffed by kids' shoes and lower side panel of seat.) Worked great, but was black leather/ not grey. Not sure if I would recommend on seat surfaces as it may have some remaining residue that could rub onto clothing, but door panel area should be ok if you can find a color match product.

I have an odd purple stain on my back seat that I have no clue what it is/how it got there that I cannot get out no matter what crazy stuff I try. I chalked it up to garbage Toyota leather (it is notoriously one of the worst leathers among all car manufacturers). Ill take a pic when I get the truck back from the shop to show you. Its noticeably better but still there even after everything I have done.
