Be safe! My brother in law is up your way... air sucks here in Eugene too... I’m hoping they don’t have to evacuate the hospital I work at... so far we are good.

Its like California is stuck on a sepia filter. Its weird as shit the last few weeks.

Not as dramatic as the Bay Area but this was sunrise in my backyard yesterday, looked more like a sun setting in the East.

I’m up at the creek fire near shaver lake CA. Been here since Sunday as part of a strike team. Gunna be here for another week and a half. It’s absolutely devastating seeing all the damage these fires cause. So sad to see all the homes and forests destroyed.

Man, you guys be safe out there. I've seen all the damage in Vacaville, first hand, right after fire fighters left, with few units cruising around from one property to another. It is absolutely devastating.

I hope it is!! Hopefully they defended it if/when the fire blew through. It’s pretty crazy driving passed places seeing houses still standing then driving by a day or 2 later and it’s completely destroyed, or seeing everything burned down and see 1 or 2 cabins still standing thinking ”how did this not burn!” Not to discourage you

I don't live there and I'm thankful I didn't have to go through what residents are going through. I was there to restore power. We may be going to Oroville next.

Sunrise over San Diego Bay. The fires are still burning but could be 50% contained.

I got good news- my town has been upgraded to Level 1. I’ll probably get to return home tomorrow.

Our air is still hazardous, same as our evacuation point..
