    This is confusing me.

My 2020 Tundra 4x4 Limited was delivered with 18" wheels and Michelin Tires. Are these the wheels/tires that were supposed to be on the vehicle?

When I look at the specs of the vehicle on my Toyota.com account it shows both 18" and 20".

The window sticker says the same thing. Under "standard equipment" it says "20-in split 5-spoke wheels" and under "optional equipment" it says "18" split 5-spoke alloy wheels".

I don't mind the 18" wheels, but aren't the Limited 20" wheels better?

Limited comes with 20" wheels, but when you add the TRD OffRoad package they replace them with 18", since 18" wheels with more sidewall on the tire is better for off roading than a 20" wheel with low profile side walls. 20" with low profiles would be better for on-road handling - so "better" depends on the use.
