Silver on the rims is flaking off

    Pioneer HU and storage under the back seats
    I bought my '14 used and it came with 20" tires and custom rims. The silver on the rims is flaking off, badly.

    1. Has anyone experienced flaking rims? Can they be repainted or re silvered?

    2. Unless I swap out the rims it looks like I'm going to need 20" tires in about 10k miles. Any recommendations for good 20" tires?

    3. Do those big tires cut down on your gas mileage?
