Not sure about those part numbers... I have a 2017 Platinum and last year I replaced the standard halogen fog lights that mine came with with OEM LED fog lights that I ordered from @Roman at Cool Springs Toyota. The part numbers I got are 81210-48051 and 81220-48051. The ones I got were a direct replacement in terms of fit. They may have changed part numbers...

I don't mean to hijack your post but my employer has an LED set with chrome interior on clearance right now at the link below. If you click around on the site I think you'll see a number of other things you recognize that we manufacture for Toyota. The coupon code "TUNDRASCOM" is active in the system right now for an additional 10% discount.

Are these the same that Sparks is selling?

I saw another thread where Roman at Cool Springs compared those to the OEM LED fogs that come on the Platinum. The OEM ones have much larger heat sinks and are made in Japan. They cost significantly more. NOt sure how they compare on light output....

Those are different. There is a detailed thread I'll see if I can dig it up

Yeah, I just checked my email and the OEM ones that I got in June of 2019 were $134 each -- $268 for the set.

I went with these from headlightrevolution.

Actually changed every bulb on the truck to LED from them with the exception of headlights. For those I did a color match HID retrofit.

I have a 2017 1794 edition with the LED DRLs and installed the Philips LED H4 bulbs ( part# 12953BWX2) into the housings and they work excellent, minimal glare to other drivers and great visibility.
