Just got my much anticipated package today! Got in on a Deadwood Virtual Event with Bullet Branch and got some sweet promo swag with my purchase of Factory Smokes. Might be some promo packs still available if anyone is interested, not sure

Smoked a sweet today, the tip is mildly sweet, less so than an ACID. Honestly I'm still trying to figure out what I'm "supposed" to taste but its a pleasing stick at least, I liked it. Gonna hit a sun grown later as well, but I can tell you the tip is not sweet.

I'm currently bidding on some of these on Cigarbid.com

All I know about them is what I've read on various websites.

Does anyone have any experience with these?

I want to say Don Pepin Garcia line is associated with My Father, and they never made a bad cigar. I don’t think you can go wrong here, bid away! :spending:

    That is good to hear.

Yes, I believe Don Pepin Garcia is somehow associated with My Father...next on my list.

Other than a cigar forum that can be a bit unfriendly, I've had good experiences with Cigarbid.com

Ive been smoking the quorum short robustos ever since the por larrannaga penetelas went up in price about 6 or 7 years ago. they're good cheap smokes! I prefer the CAO MX2 over the brazilias though.

These robustas are decent but I just got the bundle and I need to let them rest more. I just wanted a cheaper stick to have on a more frequent basis. Haven’t tried the MX2s yet. I love the stuff CAO puts out especially the Brazilia line. They just check all my boxes right now.

Thats the exact reason I like the quorums, just a cheap stick you dont need to think too hard about. The Por L. Penetelas were fantastic for that when they were under 5 bucks CAD a stick, but they've gone up. I typically get a bundle of something cheap like the quorums, a couple MX2s, a couple Partagas S.D#2, and a couple randoms I've never tried that are between 10-15 bucks CAD a stick. When I find a replacement for the MX2 I'll switch, but I still haven't found anything I like as much for the money.

Just stumbled on this thread. Who would have thought that cigars on a tundra forum would finally drive me to set up an account here. Do any of you have a travel set up for your cigars? Or a travel humidor? I took a harbor freight apache case and made my own. Figured you guys might appreciate it here.

Yeah, I made my primary one out of an orange apache case with 69% boveda packs since it's airtight. Working out well. Took most of the foam out and just have the sticks in there. have a cigar box in the middle now and I put my "premium" sticks in it and the factory smokes on the outside of it. I have a little travel hard case humidor for when I want to just take 4-10 sticks with me on a trip, works great

    This is how I roll.
There four levels of foam inserts. I think I can carry about 40 cigars.
I like your setup much better though.
At the very least, after seeing yours, I will make a cut-out for my cutter.
If it is hot out, how do you store your cigars in your truck.
This summer, even keeping them in the cab with me, I know the heat got way past acceptable levels.
I'm wondering if I should keep them in my ice chest when I travel.

Very good cigar for starters or for long time pros to enjoy.
Anything you want to know about stogies, feel free to ask.
I have a collection numbering more than 50 cases and I don't know how many fivers and singles.
My favs are Padrons; nothing and I mean nothing can stay with them.
I currently have a case of every no.1 cigar from every year starting in 2007.
    Hibernating nicely.
Cigars are God's gift to us as long as we mate them up with a good Bourbon / Scotch / Rum or even tequila.
