Mine are +30 w/ 35" tires and they stick out about 1"-1 1/2". When I added my fender flairs, the tires align perfect.
My rig is posted in post #50.

Maybe +25 will be flush w/ the fender.

Toyo AT III 285/75R18 on Method 315 18 inch wheels with +18 offset. Bilstein 6112 on top setting with Total Chaos UCAs up front, Icon rear shocks with coachbuilder +3 shackles and firestone airbags in the rear to help with @DECKEDUSA and Leitner cargo system when they are loaded up. No rubbing anywhere and no cutting was necessary anywhere.

I’ve only been on 3 trips since I’ve put the gram lights on. I don’t jump my rig or anything just go fast over wash boards and sand and I go slow when crawling over rocks so usually only pinstripes on my truck and wheels after. I usually try to enjoy the scenery when I wheel not just get thru the trail as fast as possible. But so far no issues with the wheels. I’ve scratched them up with some pinstripes but I don’t see why they would have any issues with more aggressive wheeling. I doubt they will break, they’re supposed to be strong lite weight wheels. Yes they cost more than your average wheel, but they do look nice, weigh 23 lbs each and not many people have them so your truck would be a little more unique. I originally bought Volks TE37s, but then got an email from the online store that they stopped making the original one for a different version of the TE37 which is not as nice looking and just went to the gram lights.

No, I didn’t. The bumper end pieces are from an SR model that I traded with and the grill is below. The hood bulge is OEM painted.

No idea, but I doubt it. The link says 14-20, but doesn't mention the TSS. You'll probably have to get a relocation kit for that.

I got 295/70 18s on a 3” lift and am getting some rubbing at full turn. I wasn’t expecting that. Anyone else have the same on theirs?

I have 34’s on an 18” wheel. Truck is leveled. This is my first tundra and i really like it. Owned ford and chevy and they always had issues.
