I own a 2018 Creamax, 1794 edition, and recently got a leveling kit installed at the Toyota dealership. They raised it 3 inches in front and 2 in the back and dropped the diff. I HATE wheel well gap and am now ready for new wheels and tires. I would like a little offset and my questions are... Do I stick with 20x9 and add spacers and also, with the 3 inch lift...how big tire can I go without rubbing? Previous Tundras I have owned, I just got oversized tires that rubbed a little on bumpy roads or steep curves until some of tread wore off. My thinking is that offsetting or adding spacers will allow for bigger tires, (reducing wheel well gap) without having to trim body parts.

Sounds like they installed their "rebranded" Ready Lift spacer kit. Spacers ride rough...that why i switched to a much better setup. Wheel spacers are fine if you get Spidertrax or Boras, but a different offset wheel is preferred by most. A 35" is going to be the biggest that you can run with a 3/2.

Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge. I didn't like the idea of spacers but the tire guy I talked to in the town I live in suggested them. He told me to stay with 20x9. What off set do I need if I only want about an inch sticking past truck body? Or would aggressive tread pattern on new tires achieve my desired look?

I run a 0 offset and I'm flush with the edge of Bushwacker flares.
