Hello all, I’m wondering if it is possible to put a power roll down window like the crew can has on a 2019 double cab?

If your asking about the rear window in crewmax, sorry, no can do. Structurally different back there for DC.

    ^ I concur..
It isn't going to happen without MAJOR modification..

I can't even find a power SLIDER for 2014 DC.
I think some of the Limited come with them...

There was an aftermarket slider out there being offered. They were kind of pricey.

    Not many yet, mostly stock.
I’ve looked into this. It can be done, anything can be done. Is it cost effective. Doesn’t appear to be. Won’t be any sort of warranty.
I’ve had both Crewmax and now DC. The design of both insides of the cab are different.
Crewmax has base ball field back there and slightly different angle to the cab where the window mechanism mounts and where the slide up/down is mounted. Seats are mounted more forward for this occupation of the window mechanism and track. There’s an extra panel and support, channel where the window rides in. CM Cab is more flat appearance.

DC doesn’t have any of the room the CM has, not any of the above parts.
That said anything can be done.
It came down to looking at these places for parts.
    http://www.car-part.com/mobile/index.htm
    Or
    https://erepairables.com/
Just examples where to get some parts. Hopefully the links work.
To get parts from. It would be easier to gut the back of the cab area, remove the bed and cut out the back of a CM and adapt it to the DC as a whole panel. For those who know a fabrication guy, shop, or you a DIY.
There not as much real estate in the back of the DC to do it. I’m not saying it can’t be done. Heck a subwoofer is hard to mount behind the seat in DC, but can be done.
I think it’s a compromise or real estate.
Anyone else want to throw there two cents in? :anonymous::anonymous:

Link to this please ? Slider left to right, not up and down? I have the left to right in my limited.

I seen it done on a single cab Tundra. But it's not for the faint of heart. It involves lots of work, time, money. The DC and CM cab designs are different so it will also involve cutting sheet metal, welding, fabrication. If it was an easy swap, I'm sure lots of people would have done it already.

    Hmmm....
I bought my 2015 SR5 TRD DC previously owned. It has the rear slider window.
If it's not stock, the previous owner did a nice job making me think it is.
This is my third truck in 17 years; first truck to have this option...
    Love it...

    Is the slider actually powered?

@1lowlife provided some links in post #9. Appear to be the same ones I have seen.

I think the OP means the whole window like what a CM has. Lots of DCs have a small slider, but I haven't seen any that have the full window. If yours does, pics for sure!

Think slider refers to left to right type of opening window.

Agreed. That would be my thought process as well, but I've heard some people call the CM window a slider. Just trying to make sure I am understanding what is being said. :goingcrazy:

Yes, the switch is to the lower left of the steering column in this cluster below the headlight adjustment.
And it is only the small horizontal slider to clarify. It does not go uppey-downey...
    Only leftey-rightey...
    Hope that wasn't too technical.
A full rear drop-down window would be sweeter, though.
