    need help with getting into the side power mirrors if anyone with the power folding mirrors has accessed the mirrors, can you explain to how so do it? either through the door panel or outside

    Yes, I upgrades my stocks to power/heater/telescoping power mirrors. You have to pull the door panel, then the little panel that covers the mirror housing (kind of triangular shaped). The replacement mirror I bought had a plastic pin that prevented it from sitting correctly, had to pop that off, and then it was pretty straight forward. Stock harness should plug right in, depending on brand.
