Forgot to mention, they replied to my PM and want to make sliders for double cabs. Since I’m local they asked if they could use mine to make all necessary measurements and a template! They’re super busy right now, but they plan to get in touch with me to schedule a time for me to bring in my double cab. Can’t wait! When I went to their grand opening, they had a bunch of sliders ready for Tacomas, and they looked really well made. Their shop looked top notch, too.

    Badass! :headbang:

After seeing a little bit of behind the scenes stuff and dealing with a few different folks there, I really have nothing negative to say. They are all in on quality metal fab work for sure.

You guys need to make instructions for your products. Kind of BS I spend $60 on a pair of light bar mounts and get no instructions. I was left in the dark and had to figure out how to take the bumper off myself.

You mean the video in which the front bumper was already removed to “save time”?

Did your shipping costs go up? I really love these sliders (wish they had an upward sweep, but oh well).. the shipping was definitely less the last time I looked.

And do these sit up tighter to the frame/body compared to stock tube steps? Just trying to get an idea of where they'll sit and if I can gain some ground clearance on the side of the truck.

    Hello,

Yes we rose the price so when the 10% is applied its the same as our original price on shipping. We get killed on shipping prices usually. Everything else is 10%. These will fit way closer to the frame.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Wait. What?
So, if I had ordered these a month ago it would have been the exact same price as ordering them now?

I believe it means the shipping price is the same after discounts not the product price.

@Swarley is correct! We just rose the price on shipping a little. The slider and coating all are the same and get 10% off.

Update: I talked to them again this past Friday. They're still very busy, and even had to increase staffing to keep up with demand. So they're still not ready for me to come in to measure my Double Cab for rock sliders, but they're hoping they'll be ready to do so in one or two months.

Can’t wait! To everyone else, I was impressed with their shop when I went to their meet-n-greet this past March. I’m no fabricator, but I’ve taken a few semesters of welding class at Mountain View off Illinois. So I’ve seen and got to play with all the Tigs, Migs, stick welders, metal brakes, grinders, cutting torches, etc, at the school’s disposal. But their shop looked top of the line with what looked like new, high quality equipment and machinery. They had a batch of Tacoma sliders that looked well built with good welds while I was there. If you’re local and looking for crew cab sliders, I’d definitely get a pair and save on shipping. Can’t wait for the double cab sliders to come out!

Can you quietly and very politely ask them next time you speak to make these with an upturned option like on the Tacoma? Please and thank you
