Is this starting price good? How low do you think I can go?

Looking for a Crewmax 4x4 and found this. Wanted to see what people think about stated price and how low you think they’d be willing to go

With tax and everything else you will be around 41K out the door. They have one here that is 44k out the door....it has been sitting for over 3 weeks and they can't sell it, and its their only truck in inventory.

 

Thats a good deal if you ask me.

 

Recommend work the OTD price and negotiate 3% off of what they are asking. The 3% is a "rule of thumb" for new cars but perhaps worth a shot. I read somewhere that used cars stay on lots an average of 32 days and dealers drop price about every week. You may risk losing it to another buyer but you may end up saving up to a couple grand. Maybe try to negotiate some all weather mats or maybe a couple tanks of gas.
