I have no complaints about mpgs with my 2020 - I knew what I was getting myself into when I bought it. I have 7K miles on it now and up until the last two fill-ups I was averaging 14.5mpgs or 430 miles per tank and I was fine with that. The last two I've gotten 16.5mpgs and almost 500 miles per tank. No obvious difference in my driving style (at least that I'm aware of consciously) or where I'm driving (basically to and from work and to the gym plus running around town).

Could it just be breakin is done and everything has loosened up?

From what I have read in the unfortunately-too-common mpg threads and my own experience, two things can be learned: don't trust the computer's mpg, and don't trust the gas gauge. I've gone more than 30 miles with the needle on the wrong side of E, and run out of gas before it ever gets to E.

Also, if you've never hand-calculated your MPGs, you'd be surprised at the variation from station to station. For example, over 130 fillups in my truck, I get more than 1 mpg better from Conoco than BP.

This was based off of miles traveled and gallons put into the tank. I get my gas at the same station every time too.

Run with a half a tank. Best gas mileage I ever got was 19.8 but I was running on empty after a reset.
