Here are the pieces that were put together. My one mistake was when I bought the wiring harness. It was a two lead harness, that was my fault because it is best suited for hooking up a set of fog lights and not a light bar, but it worked. Never did this before so I learned a lot as I went along. I found you tube videos to be very helpful. The scary part was drilling a 3/4 inch hole into my counsel knowing if I screwed this up, a replacement piece was going to eat away my money being saved up for my 10 inch BA muffler from Dirty Deeds!70B71E3B-8F7B-4CCD-8326-C445B3C9DC86.jpg3091A66F-BC06-4068-A105-BD1917794F20.jpg845DCB5A-623E-4E0A-90CD-C4965CD48B73.jpg

Gotcha, the Toyota cup holder lights are individually charged and activate only by vibration or the eye is covered by a drink. Verdict is still out on them, kind of cheap. I did see a video as well on the small light above the door handle you referenced, that’s cool. I did buy the foot well lights from Vleds which were easy to install and will activate when the doors are opened. Can’t wait to see what you do next.

What color did you go with on Vleds? Just replaced all the interior bulbs into LEDs except the footwell.

A lot. See my channel for all installs/mods!

    Very nice!!!! Excellent choice!!![/QUOTE]

Thank you kindly gentlemen for the kind comments. They are greatly appreciated! I had been hesitant with the whole “blue color matched” interior thing but have obviously now embraced, committed to it. I really enjoy that it “pops” and ties well together (or says I).

A couple more pics in sunlight and because today marks my year one anniversary of having the truck.

Looks tits brother, love the attention to detail too, I mean even your air freshener is color matched.

So here's a little love in return that you've displayed towards mine. I think you definitely made the right choice in color. That plus the interior parts you did previously really go great together and make the interior pop. I gotta say I'm even a bit jealous on how great it looks in there. Very nice brother very nicely done.

I sincerely am appreciative of your kindness hermano. Thank you for looking!

    Hey, Mike!
Thank you very much for your post! I am so enthused about how the interior finally came together and wanted to share it with my Tundra brethren. Therefore, I am very appreciative of you (hard-worker/hard-working) taking notice of the work put in AND commenting positivity through out. This is an obvious reason why this site is such a favorable one, great members like yourself brother!

    :hattip:Many thanks John, very humbled.

I took gobs and gobs of pictures during the process. (I thought I would do a write-up, as I really couldn’t find one anywhere... Yeah right, it would be a novel that would take more time to write vs the time it actually takes to do the real task... I would venture to say that is why there aren’t any “real” instructions for this task.).

Anyhow, I documented some of the tips, pointers, and peculiarities along the way. For the first time, I was strongly disliking the front middle jump seat! It was by far the worst one for me to get done. I would say that others were way smarter than me in that they did their install over more than just one day. My hands are still thrashed and still zing and throb from this install. Funny, I wuss out about my hands when having to do real tear-down work, like the engine I am pulling out of the ‘90 Toyota 4x4 Truck this morning. Yeah my hands get a beat down... but this install just thrashed them on another level. Maybe, I am extra sensitive :rolleyes: but I don’t recall a similar feeling from other work...

I would be glad to help anyway I can with questions you may have... Nervous is fine as it helps to keep you aware and to remain purposeful in your movements. You have got this.

Thanks again, Geno and great day!

The color match trim looks great. I did the same to mine. Was thinking about doing something on the rear AC vents but the crew cab doesn't leave a lot to paint.

You did a great job and the colors are right on! As for the hand hurt... its REAL..LOL. I've done 2 sets of Katzkin covers (1 on a Ram 2500 and 1 on a Taco) and it was by no accident that I purchased the Tundra with Leather. Although, seeing how nice yours looks, the factory look dosen't compare and I wish I didnt get factory leather.

    Love the blue!!!!

Got all the lighting finished up on the MRDS, pics don’t do these Rigid Radiance Pods justice, the back lighting looks insane...and when ya flick the switch for the main pods they’ll turn night into day...should have gotten a pic with the rock lights and under truck LEDs on as well, love the blue

It came on the truck when I bought it so unfortunately I can’t compare to stock but I have to believe it’s worse. I get strong stations around town but can’t pick up weaker ones very well. I’ll look at it next time and see if there is any model indicator.
